Thanks to the system, the water used for dyeing operations is conveyed into two separate tanks, deputed to a first filtration step, with the active intervention of enzymes that allow the capture and absorption of color pigments, and a subsequent purification step.
Next, the water is transferred to a settling plant, where separation by sedimentation of the sludge obtained from the previous purification stage takes place.
In this way, while thetotally cleaned and dye-deprived water can be put back into circulation for use in new dyeing cycles, the sludge is entrusted to the disposal of specialized companies, in full compliance with the highest safety standards.
