Green Natives
There are those who at some point more or less wholeheartedly embrace the principles of the green philosophy, and those who carry this philosophy written in their genetic code. We at Innbamboo belong to the second category: we are green natives.
Starting with our name
We are first of all because we decided to found and center our brand, starting from the name, on a totally natural and eco-sustainable material such as bamboo yarns.
Yarns that we import from the East, where the cultivation of this plant has a renowned centuries-old tradition, and where today's cultivation of our suppliers takes place in full compliance with the most advanced European directives on environmental protection, so much so as to guarantee them the attribution of the rigorous Oeko-tex certifications, with which the total environmental compatibility of the production processes and the absolute lack of harmful substances are attested.
But this is only the first step in a completely green supply chain: from the import of these precious yarns, to the production of exclusive garments and accessories, to their sale.
Once arrived in Italy, the bamboo yarns are refined and transformed into fabrics in our factories in Tuscany, with the utmost attention to the production of a totally eco-sustainable product.
Attention that translates, among other things, into the use of vegetable-extracted dyes and colors, and, with regard to the production of garments such as bags and footwear, the use of glues, rubbers and other exclusively vegan components.
Last but not least, even the packaging that holds our garments and accessories is designed and made under the banner of maximum environmental compatibility. In fact, all packaging is made from recycled cardboard, as evidenced by the international FSC certification clearly visible on their surfaces, guaranteeing the exclusive use of raw materials derived from forests managed in full respect of the social, economic and environmental needs of current and future generations.
In one of the most important novels in the history of literature, the protagonist states that beauty will save the world. We are also convinced of this, just as we are equally sure that this can only happen if it is natural, sustainable and environmentally friendly beauty.
