Shipping and Packaging
Fast shipping: within 24/48h if you order by 1pm Mon-Fri. Shipping is free for orders over 45€.
Packaging: sustainable and original, it's free but to be requested in the product sheet (we do this to minimize waste and waste).

Where we produce
We are an artisan company based in Calenzano (Florence). Our entire production chain takes place in the Florentine district: from fabric production to dyeing, through packaging production and creative studio.

Our products are packaged with care and attention, using environmentally friendly materials and reusable solutions, consciously chosen to respect the environment.
Each item comes with packaging designed specifically to enhance the beauty of the product and emphasize its sustainable value and our commitment to a more responsible future.

Fabric certification
Our fabrics come with certifications attesting to the origin and quality of raw materials and processing. The bamboo yarn is FSC-certified, a basic requirement for a sustainable cellulose-derived fiber. The other fibers used, such as cotton, linen and wool, are OEKO-TEX or GOTS certified, ensuring high standards of safety and sustainability.
Sustainable energy and processes
The weaving mill is powered by energy from renewable sources. The dyehouse holds REACH certification and uses a closed-loop water treatment system, minimizing its impact on the environment.
The entire production chain is located within a maximum of 20 km from our Calenzano (FI) headquarters, reducing transportation-related emissions.
Sustainable packaging materials
Our packaging is designed to be reused and is made exclusively of FSC-certified natural paper to ensure a low environmental impact.
How to use a discount code
If you have a discount code, enter it in the appropriate section during checkout.
Before confirming payment, the discount will automatically be applied to the total in your cart.
Re-stocking times for out-of-stock products
Our production is constant. Typically, an out-of-stock product will be back in stock within about 10 days. For more precise information, you can contact us at info@innbamboo.it.
Shipping and delivery time
All orders received by 1:00 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination from 48 hours to 72 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances.
A tracking code useful for monitoring delivery status or making changes through the portal of the courier used will be sent at the time of purchase.
