Two hearts and an Innbamboo Store: the story of Xavier and Ivana

We are incredibly grateful to collaborate with people who are helping us pursue our ambitious project by promoting sustainable products made from bamboo yarn. We are proud to work with them and are excited to share some of their stories with you.
Today we talk with Saverio, owner of Innbamboo® Store in Bologna.

Hi Saverio, tell us how your story with Innbamboo began?

My story begins in 2016: during a trade show I was thunderstruck by the colors, collections and lights of Innbamboo's booth ®. I told myself that I wanted to work with this brand, and in fact, after a few months, I started collaborating on their events and exhibitions.

I'll reveal a backstory: while I was attending a trade show event, a woman approached Innbamboo 's booth ® who immediately struck me. A friendship was immediately born, which later turned into love. Today Ivana supports me in my work and passion for Innbamboo: she is the partner with whom I opened our business in Bologna.

L'Innbamboo® Store in Bologna was opened in August 2019 in the Vialarga Shopping Center. The opportunity arose when I noticed a large vacant space-I wanted something ambitious, and the Innbamboo team ® joined me in this exciting new project.

What is the relationship with the company?

Innbamboo® is my family. A very close relationship has been established since the beginning: we talk to each other frequently and constructively. I involve them in decisions that affect theInnbamboo® Store in Bologna, and I continue to participate in the company's events and initiatives.

What do your customers like about Innbamboo?

Customers at theInnbamboo® Store in Bologna are magnetized by a kaleidoscope of colors. Observing their reactions, I relive the same impact that this brand had on me when I saw the Bamboo Scarves® for the first time.

Those who buy, come back: the products are exceptional not only for their beauty but also for their technical qualities. I sense the enthusiasm that Innbamboo® generates in customers; it is the same enthusiasm that fuels my work as well.

I frequently collect many positive comments, especially from those who are interested and sensitive to environmental issues. At the same time, I strive to convey this sensitivity to the natural, but I must admit that few consumers are now satisfied with non-sustainable products.

Would you recommend opening an Innbamboo Store to an entrepreneur?

I believed and believe in this brand. I have told numerous colleagues about it so that they look at this business with interest. The enthusiasm we capture in customers and visitors to the store is the best advertisement to affiliate with Innbamboo®.

I myself, if I were to tell you about my future plans, would like to open new stores. I want to actively contribute to the growth and development of this wonderful company.
