But what exactly is meant by cold dyeing?

After the decor printing phase, the scarves reach the dyehouse where they are treated, in the beginning, with a base resin and, later, immersed in a mixture composed of cold water and certified mineral color.

This is the precise moment when the unmistakable chromatic energy-which makes the models of the Art line so fascinating-is married to the fabric, through an artisanal dyeing process that allows the color to delicately envelop its fibers.

All this with minimal consumption of water and energy, thanks to careful management of resources that allows them to be used over and over again, until they are exhausted, drastically reducing waste; as well as the recirculation and natural purification of water used in processing through the use of enzymes.

At the end of this true embrace of color, the dyes are fixed on the fabrics with a patient drying and heat setting phase, which is followed by repeated gentle washes in water. Fundamental to giving each Bamboo scarf the irresistible softness that makes it so beloved.
